Match cut Preliminary Film Excersise

In class we did some filming to produce a finished match cut, after editing. We found it quite hard during filming to organise the order in which we should film the clips. However when we put effort in we found it quite easy. We had to do a lot of things to match the criteria.

• Match cut
• 180 degree rule
• Shot reverse shot
• two shot
• Extreme close ups
• Close ups

HEre is a picture of a work in progress. We used final cut pro to edit our clips to make sure that the final clip ran smoothly.
